MORE than 400 has been donated to Cancer Research UK by the Rotary Club of Clevedon.
The money was raised through the group’s Tree of Light, which was put up at the Baptist church in Queens Square in the run-up to Christmas and gave people the chance to dedicate a light in someone’s memory.
Pictured are club president Judith West, rotarian Norma Wyllie and LIz Griffiths of Barclays, which gave support to the scheme.
The rest of the money raised will be split between MacMillan Cancer Support and local charities.
