Three lanes of M5 between Clevedon and Portishead set to shut for roadworks

Three lanes of the M5 between Clevedon and Portishead are due to be closed by the Highways Agency to allow for roadworks to be carried out.

Lanes two, three and four on the southbound side are planned to be shut off from motorists from 8pm tonight (Thursday) until 5am tomorrow morning (Friday).

The work is scheduled to take place overnight to keep disruption to a minimum.
