Thousands of interested spectators turned out for a large model air display festival in North Somerset at the start of July.
The Woodspring Wings Model Aircraft Club’s show has been a first weekend of July fixture in Claverham’s calendar over the decades and it continues to attract a big crowd year after year.
The 2017 edition marked the club’s 25th anniversary and as a result, organisers arranged a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire to mark the landmark occasion.
The airfield off Claverham Drove hosted the event once again.
Trade marquees and other activities took place too, while visitors could also pay a small charge and play with remote-controlled boats and cars as well.
Although the show was held on the club’s own land, its members exhibit across the UK.
