A HAIRY beast has been causing a stir in Backwell.
Paul Alan Construction, in Station Road, has put a model gorilla on its roof to support a local charity and the great ape has attracted plenty of attention since its arrival.
The company purchased one of Bristol Zoo’s fundraising gorillas to support the zoo’s gorilla conservation project.
Artists have decorated scores of life-sized gorillas which have been bought by local businesses and schools and put up around Bristol and North Somerset from July-September.
