A village church was decked out in beautiful blooms over the bank holiday weekend.
St Paul's Church, in Walton-in-Gordano, runs the flower festival over the August bank holiday weekend every year.
It proved to be a colourful event once again, with lots of people admiring the displays.
Organiser Sue Betts said the 'perfect weather' encouraged a bumper turnout.
She said: "It was amazing. It was a really good weekend and people went home really happy."
Money raised from the event will go towards the upkeep of the church, with some repairs to the roof required.
A raffle, offering people a dinner for two and a bottle of wine at a pub, was also offered to boost the total. Calculations as to how much was raised are ongoing.
Sue said the church believes it was the best-attended festival ever in the event's history, adding it ran out of programmes for the Sunday afternoon service due to its popularity.
