A training session for coaches and organisations looking to open their clubs up to disabled people is being held on November 17.

North Somerset Council’s Sportarray team is running the event at Gordano School sports centre from 10am-1pm.

The training is free to attend and will give people practical understanding on how to include disabled players in different sports.

The Sportarray initiative was set up to create more opportunities for disabled people to take part in sports clubs in North Somerset.

To reserve a place on the course, email sportarray@n-somerset.gov.uk or call 01275 882734.
