Traffic is beginning to develop on the M5 this afternoon (Monday).

Queues have formed today leading to several miles of slow traffic to be reported on the southbound carriageway.

Highways England says motorists can expect to be delayed if travelling between junction 14 (Thornbury) to Clevedon (junction 20).

The road appears to be free of accidents and the northbound carriageway is flowing normally.
