GROW it or make-it-yourself types are encouraged to enter vegetables, fruit, flower arranging, cakes, preserves, home crafts and photography into the Long Ashton Horticultural Society’s 87th annual show next month.
Children’s classes and a raffle will also feature in the event, on September 1, in the village hall.

The closing date for entries is 5.30pm on August 30 for the show, which will be held from 2.30-5pm.
