NAILSEA and Backwell Rotary Club is urging shoppers to take a few minutes out of their day to have their blood pressure checked in a bid to reduce stroke victims.
Working with the Stroke Association, the free tests are available from 9am-1pm on Saturday, at the Tower House Medical Centre, in Nailsea town centre.
Club members will guide people to the medical centre from the precinct where the tests will be carried out by health professionals who can also provide help and advice.
