PIRATES, treasure and sea-faring shenanigans will be keeping audiences entertained at J19 Drama Group’s next production.
The Pill drama group is putting on Treasure Island from January 24-26 at St George’s Church Hall, Easton-in-Gordano.
After performing Mama Goose before a packed house last year, Heidi Gedge and Clive Stitfall returned to write this year’s panto, with Eddy Martin directing. The story is loosely based on R L Stevenson’s Treasure Island but with some Greek mythological sea nymphs making a surprise appearance.
Tickets are on sale at the post office in the precinct, priced £5 for adults and £3 for children.
The evening performances start at 7.30pm and the matinee at 2.30pm. For more details call 01275 375883.
