MEMBERS of Congresbury’s scout and guide group will be delivering Christmas post this month.

This will be the third year the scheme has run in the village and is proving very popular.

Stamps costing 20p and collection boxes are available at Robin King Estate Agents in Broad Street, Helen’s Village News in Brinsea Road and Day Lewis Pharmacy in Broad Street.

Cards and letters need to be placed in collection boxes by Sunday before deliveries begin on Monday.

* In Clevedon, members of the 1st Clevedon Scouts are once again running a Christmas card delivery service.

Beavers, cubs and scouts are taking part in the effort to sort and deliver post.

Stamps, produced by Paceprint, are on sale for 20p from businesses and organisations in Clevedon including Adam’s Barber Shop, Christchurch, D&D Office Supplies, Elegance, Kenn Road News, Paceprint, Rowlands Pharmacy, Six Ways Sport, The Spinning Weal, Studio 2 Hairdressers, The Veg Box, The Hawthorns, Vision Express and Clevedon Community Bookshop. Collection boxes can also be found at these venues.
