AN AUTHOR from Pill will be signing copies of his latest science fiction offering on Saturday.
Gareth Powell will be at Forbidden Planet at the Triangle in Clifton from 1pm to sign copies of his third novel, Ack-Ack Macaque, which features the adventures of a one-eyed, cigar-smoking monkey spitfire pilot.
He will also sign copies of a five-page prequel comic strip adventure featured in a Christmas issue of 2000AD.
