NORTH Somerset Samba School will hold its first official class in Clevedon for anyone interested in learning to play the music from Brazil.
Participants will first be taught how to play samba drums before the group is later developed to possibly include a horn section and singers.
The first class will take place at St Mary’s Church Hall in Castle Road at 8pm on October 16. This follows on from two introductory samba drum sessions organised by Clevedon Music Shop earlier this summer and ran by samba teacher John Richardson.
