A BACKWELL rotarian has been presented with a Paul Harris Fellowship by the Rotary International for his record of almost 30 years of outstanding service.
Reg Covington, a member of Nailsea and Backwell Rotary Club, was commended for giving a great deal of time and energy to serving and fund-raising for those in need in North Somerset and Devon.
