COMEDY capers at Portishead’s Co-operative store raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Employee Robert Lord told jokes at the supermarket entrance while customers donated their loose change to show their appreciation.
The event raised £1,024 for the Carers Trust which supports young carers across the UK who face the challenges of supporting a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems.
