PRICKLY plants were on show at the first in a series of events set to run across the country this year.
The South West Cactus Mart was part of an annual cactus mart, run by the Bristol branch of the British Cacti and Succulent Society.
More than a dozen traders from across the country turned out to support the event, which was held at Portishead Youth Centre in Harbour Road.
