THE GORDANO Society has launched its spring issue of Posset Pieces.
This is the seventh issue of the twice-yearly booklet on local history, edited by local historian Sandy Tebbutt, which captures memories and tells stories from the Gordano region, of years gone by.
The book, priced at 5.50, is available from Summit Outdoor Leisure in Co-op car park, Wyndham Way.
Sandy is currently carrying out research for two new forthcoming publications and is eager to hear from anyone with information on the old Mustads Nail Factory and Portishead during World War Two.
She can be contacted on 01275 843566.
