POLICE who have been searching for a missing Gloucestershire man have found a body near Portishead.
Mark Peachey, aged 42, from Yorkley was last seen at around 3am on May 1.
His vehicle was found in a layby off the A48 near to the old Severn Bridge at around 7.30pm the following day.
Police found the body at 4pm on Saturday.
A police spokesman for Gloucestershire Constabulary said a formal identification has not yet taken place, but the coroner has been informed.
