Portishead Open Air Pool marked a decade since it was saved from closure and revitalised on Saturday, with hundreds of people enjoying a free day of swimming in the sunshine.
'Operational issues' saw plans for a party, featuring live music, cancelled just days before the event - but it failed to ruin the occasion.
The attraction's future was in significant doubt a decade ago, when North Somerset Council deemed it not viable, but it was taken on by Portishead Pool Community Trust.
The trust's campaign to save the pool caught the attention of American television star Ty Pennington, who brought his crew to North Somerset to conduct a major refurbishment.
