A Portishead estate agent has donated T-shirts to a Pill-based fundraising charity choir group.

Hunters Estate Agents donated new T-shirts to the Penny Brohn community choir.

The choir, for people living with cancer and its supporters, meets every Wednesday during term-time and performs three to four times a year.

Hannah Currant, client and activities co-ordinator at Penny Brohn UK, said: “We are very grateful to the team at Hunters for the kind donation.

“The choir is delighted with its new shirts and is looking forward to its first performance wearing them.

“Recent studies have shown the positive health benefits of community singing for all, but especially for anyone living with cancer.”

Managing director at Hunters, Richard Van De Velde, added: “It’s a pleasure to support such a worthy cause which gives so much to people dealing with cancer.”
