TWO Portishead girl guides organised a pyjama party to celebrate the completion of an award challenge.
Britt Hatton and Lottie Plews, both aged 14 and members of 3rd Redcliffe Bay Guides, spent the past year meeting new challenges to complete the Baden Powell Challenge, the highest award given to guides.
Throughout 2012 the girls ran their own guide meetings, took part in adventure weekends away and organised competitions and activities for their fellow guides.
Organising the pyjama party, where they received their awards, was Britt and Lottie’s final task of the challenge.
