THE owner of a bible which is more than a century-old is being sought after it was handed in to police.
The leather-bound bible, containing letters from the 19th century, was handed in to police in Portishead on October 9 after being found in Roath Road.
There are two documents inside. One is a letter in old script and the other a document about the death of a Mr and Mrs Millburn in the 1860s.
The owner should contact Andrea Matson, front office clerk at the Portishead station on 101.
