The Times conducted an online election survey which received 544 responses. Its results are summarised below.

On a national basis, what are your main priorities going into the general election?

Brexit was the top priority of respondents, with 237 votes. Health was second with 123.

Which Brexit-related option do you want to happen?

A whopping 86 per cent of readers (468 votes) want the UK to remain in the European Union (EU). Forty readers would rather leave the EU with no deal, while 36 want to accept Prime Minister Boris Johnson's deal.

How satisfied have you been with your local MP since the previous election in 2017?

The most popular response was poor, which was selected by 364 readers. Only seven people felt Dr Liam Fox has done an excellent job in the past two years.

On a local level, what is the biggest issue?

Local government cuts received the most votes with 213. No 24-hour A&E service at Weston General Hospital was the next popular with 79 responses.

How do you intend to vote on December 12?

The Liberal Democrats came out on top with 49 per cent. The Labour Party scored 21 per cent and the Conservatives seven per cent.
