TWO charity organisations in Portishead have welcomed new presidents.
Robin Ogilvie stepped up to take the helm of the Rotary Club of Portishead, from the past year’s president Jacqui Howard-Brown, at a ceremony at Clarence House. The theme of his Rotary year for the club is ‘service above self in the community’.
The outgoing president of Portishead Lions Club, Patrick Chavasse, is pictured handing over the presidency to David Fitzpatrick.
David says he is looking forward to the coming year with his main charity being McMillan Nurses.
