Two new classes are starting in Nailsea to help people de-stress and improve their mobility.

Lisa Hampstead has started running lunch break relaxation classes at 65 High Street to help people relax during their lunch hour.

She said: “The lunch time relaxation classes are open to everyone but also aimed at people who are looking for something different for their lunch break.

“The classes are 45 minutes long and use breathing techniques and gentle stretches to help relieve stress and tension in the neck, shoulders, back and hips.”

Lisa is also running yin yoga at the United Reformed Church, in Stock Way North.

Yin is a deeply restful form of yoga where you use cushions and props to move gently into postures.

Lisa said: “It is great for people who want to improve their mobility, are dealing with anxiety, injury or digestive issues.”

Relaxation starts tomorrow (Thursday) with classes at 12.05pm and 1.05pm.

Yin yoga starts on April 24.
