SELLING goods at a Nailsea School shopping evening has resulted in a year seven pupil handing over 100 to a children’s hospice.
Ryan Clarke, who with the help of his grandma, sold Christmas items to parents, family and friends during the event, presented a cheque to community fundraiser, Louise Turner at Charlton Farm in Wraxall.
Louise said “Ryan has worked really hard to raise this money for us, and it is fantastic that he wanted to help other children in his area who benefit from our service.
“We are hoping Ryan will visit us on one of our monthly tour days so we can show him what we can achieve with his generous donation”
