Police in Nailsea have cancelled the first sports taster session in Millennium Park tonight (Friday) due to the weather.

Officers were planning to launch a new reward scheme and run sports taster sessions in the park from 7-9.

The event has been cancelled as the equipment would be unsafe to use in the weather.
Sgt Mark Raby has apologised for the cancellation but confirmed the event will be rescheduled in the next couple of weeks.
