A WHOPPING �3,700 was raised by the Lions Club of Nailsea through its touring Christmas float in support of local and national charities.
The club also raised more than �600 during a Santa Run in Bristol in December, with the money recently donated to Children’s Hospice South West which runs Charlton Farm in Wraxall.
Members had the chance to tour the facility before presenting the cheque.
