SOME of North Somerset’s finest talent was showcased during the annual Nailsea Festival of Music on Saturday.
Held at Nailsea School, this is the sixth year the festival has taken place to cater for the wealth of singers, dancers and performers in and around the town.
The festival featured 70 adult and junior classes for singing, dancing, piano, creative writing, music composition and speech and drama.
A total of 200 people took part and gave 416 performances between them.
Nailsea Town Council chairman Rod Lees went along to witness some of the performances in progress.
