BANJO players from across the country enjoyed a day of music at the 21st International Banjo Circle in Backwell.

Award-winning player Claude Burvenich from Belgium also flew in to attend the rally at the WI Hall in Station Road.

Players of all abilities enjoyed taking their turn in the limelight as well as listening to well-known players such as Richard Ineson and Pat Doyle.

Around 50 people turned up to the event, which ended with a meal at the Bridge Inn in Yatton.
