A NORTH Somerset children’s charity is in need of volunteers to help run one of its biggest fundraising events of the year.
The Children’s Hospice South West Midnight Memory Walk will take place on September 16 and will see hundreds of women walking for seven miles around Bristol.
The charity, which runs Charlton Farm in Wraxall, now needs volunteers to sign up to help marshall at the event, making sure the walkers keep to the route and stay motivated.
Last year, 1,000 women took part, raising more than �115,000 for the charity.
