IT WAS a windy weekend, but the next two days are poised to be just as blustery.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind across North Somerset.
Westerly winds are predicted to reach up to 50-60mph tonight (Monday), with speeds reaching 65-70mph in exposed areas.
The Bristol Channel was highlighted by the Met Office as being at risk for particularly strong winds in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The Met Office said: “The public should be aware of the risk of localised damage from these winds and for minor disruption to travel.”
The warning is in force until 7pm tomorrow.
