Draft neighbourhood plan to go on show

The next step towards creating a neighbourhood plan for Clevedon will be taken this week.

A draft version of the planning document will be available to view this week.

It sets out priorities for the town, especially around areas for preserving and suitable for development.

Carl Francis-Pester, chairman of the neighbourhood plan committee, said: "Members of the public are being invited to comment on the plan draft, which incorporates feedback from numerous meeting and consultation sessions over the past two years, as well as online responses to our questionnaire.

"The committee is keen for residents to take ownership of the plan and make comments on any aspects which need adjustment."

The plan will be shown at Clevedon Town Council's office, in Old Street, from 10am-3pm on Saturday and 10am-12.30pm on Sunday.
