A CLEVEDON man was put in a headlock and dragged to the ground after writing down the number plate of a car parked near his home.
The man in his 50s had gone out to write down the number plates of some vehicles parked in the car park Great Western Road where loud music was being played from cars at about 9.30pm on July 26.
One of the drivers took offence and grabbed the man in a headlock, causing him to fall to the floor.
The police were called and the offender was cautioned.
