Man assaulted outside pub

A MAN was left with an injured eye and broken teeth after being assaulted outside a Clevedon pub.

At about midnight between Saturday and Sunday, a man was removed from The Bristol Inn in Chapel Hill by door staff after he was pushed by a man inside.

Another man followed him out and assaulted him, knocking him out and leaving him with facial injuries.

Police investigating the incident are currently examining CCTV.
