A 29-year-old man will appear in court next week accused of disclosing private sexual photographs with intent to cause distress in Nailsea.
Luke Brimson, of Bradley Crescent in Bristol, has been charged of the new offence and harassment, in relation to an alleged incident earlier this month.
He has been released on bail and will appear at North Somerset Courthouse on July 30.
