Motorists face delays of approximately two hours after a crash on the M5 this afternoon (Friday).
The M5 has reopened but the effects of a trailer overturning will be felt for some time.
The crash occurred between junction 19 (Portishead) and junction 20 (Clevedon) on the northbound carriageway but jams have formed in both directions.
Highways England estimates the two-hour delays will begin to ease now both closed lanes have reopened.
