Clevedon Music Club will bring back live performances of classical music with its first concert next week.

Nigel Nash and Kate Woodman will perform a programme of piano music by Mozart, Brahms, Richard Rodney Bennett and Madeleine Dring.

The concert is planned for September 15, in the Teignmouth Room at the Community Centre, Princes Road, starting 7.30pm.

In line with Government social distancing guidelines, they will use two pianos and public seating will be safely spaced, greatly reducing the maximum audience number.

Due to limited audience numbers, the club cannot cover the cost of this season’s concerts and would like to hear from anyone willing to make a donation to help cover the shortfall.

Seats should be booked in advance by calling organisers on 01275 879099 or 875262, where additional details will be given. Admission will be £10, payable by cash or cheque at the door.
