Children from Clevedon Childminding Group have taken part in a sponsored sing-along for youngsters who struggle to communicate.

The children, aged from 6 months to four years, participated in I CAN’s Chatterbox Challenge: Garden Adventures with Ben and Holly, developing their communication skills while raising money for I
CAN’s work with children
who have difficulty communicating.

The children sang songs and rhymes including Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush and Five Little Ducks Went Swimming One Day in front of proud families and at The Barn in Clevedon.

Clare Geldard, I CAN’s Chatterbox Challenge communication advisor, said: “This year children learned about their surroundings. They learned fantastic songs and actions and were encouraged to listen and talk about what they found.

“Every child who takes part in the Chatterbox Challenge
is helping I CAN’s work supporting children across the UK with communication difficulties.”
