A luxury retirement village will soon be springing up on the site of the former Redwood Hotel and Country Club in Failand.
Audley Retirement has completed its purchase of the building and has now released is plans for the development so people can reserve a property.
The retirement village will feature 126 two and three-bedroom apartments and cottages, ranging in price from £299,995-578,000, for people aged 55 and over.
The complex will include a bar and restaurant as well as a library, gym, spa, sauna and steam room. All facilities will be open to owners and the wider community.
The first 36 properties will be finished in autumn 2017.
