A PEDESTRIAN had to be taken to hospital after a crash yesterday afternoon (Wed).
The woman, thought to be in her 50s, was involved in a collision with a car in Old Street, Clevedon.
A spokesman for Great Western Ambulance Service said the woman received medical treatment within five minutes of getting a call at 12.14pm.
He said there was no indication of her injuries but he did not believe them to be too serious as no backup was required. She was taken to Frenchay Hospital as a precaution.
