WILDLIFE enthusiasts got stuck into outdoor activities as part of an autumn watch bird fair.
Held at Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve near Portishead, the event on Sunday gave visitors the chance to go on guided walks, meet a tawny owl and make nest boxes, feeders and masks.
Adults and children could also watch out for some of the 156 bird species recorded the reserve in new hides created at the site.
The event was held to highlight the importance of the reserve for wildlife and for people including local residents.
