A HUMAN table football tournament in Portishead raised hundreds of pounds for breast cancer charities.
The fun family event, sponsored by Future Plumbing and held at the town’s Clarence House social club, attracted scores of players and spectators.
Future Plumbing owner Mark Millerchip said: “The tournament has become a popular annual event and we are happy to be its regular sponsor.
“We chose to support breast cancer charities this year after one of our friends, a regular at Clarence House, was diagnosed with the condition earlier this year. Along with her husband, she has been involved in raising money for the cause throughout the summer.”
