STAFF from Heritage Estate Agents put themselves in the stocks to be sponged with water to raise funds at the Yatton School Carnival.

In total the event raised nearly £5, 500 and the Heritage team helped to raise hundreds for the cause by charging 50p to sponge an agent with water.

Managing Director of Heritage Estate Agents, Richard Van De Velde, said: “Myself and my colleagues had great fun and luckily we had perfect weather to be soaked in.

“Families enjoyed sponging us and we are proud to have helped the school to raise hundreds more for their projects.

“We will see you there again next year!”
