More than 300 people flocked to a Nailsea surgery to pick up tips on staying healthy.
Nailsea Family Practice, in Stock Way South, held a health awareness day to encourage people to eat healthily and take part in exercise. The Macmillan Cancer Bus attended and there were also demonstrations of tai chi, belly dancing, zumba and armchair exercises.
People were able to get their blood pressure and sugar levels checked and children enjoyed a treasure trail.
