GET advice on a range of health issues at an awareness day in Nailsea on October 19.
Tower House Medical Centre, in Stock Way South, is holding a free health awareness day where you can pick up advice on health issues such as blood pressure and diet.
Representatives from organisations such as Crossroads Care, Penny Brohn Cancer Care, Addiction Recovery, Wellspring and Support to Stop Smoking will also be happy to answer any questions.
There will be various exercise demonstrations, children can win a prize for completing a fun quiz trail and refreshments will be provided.
