Heading for Nepal
TWO students from Backwell School are hoping to fly out to Nepal next year to teach youngsters English and help with building projects in remote villages.
To raise money for the trip, Eleanor Roberts and Tom Cutter are putting on a sale and entertainment at Scotch Horn Leisure Centre in Nailsea on June 11 and are appealing for people to run a stall on the day.
The pair are hoping to have lots of craft stalls, plants stalls, face painting, a bouncy castle, a jump and giggle class and an opportunity for families to have their photos taken.
The price of a table is 20 plus a donation to the raffle and the sale is on from 10am-4pm.
