Gruffalo bed push in aid of hospice

Scores of gruffalos trudged more than 30 miles across North Somerset to raise money for Children’s Hospice South West.
More than 120 staff from GDS International in Bristol dressed up in costumes inspired by Julia Donaldson’s classic children’s story and took part in a charity bed push from Charlton Farm, in Wraxall, to Cheddar, then back again the next day.
The employees were hoping to raise £10,000 which would pay for the charity’s siblings days out scheme across all three hospices for a year.
But the delighted fundraisers managed to collect more than £18,000 through the charity bed push.
