CHOCOLATE lovers could soon be tucking into a giant Easter egg, courtesy of Nailsea Lions.
Members of the club are raffling a number of chocolate eggs to raise money for the Great Western Air Ambulance and other causes.
The helicopter is called out three or four times a day and carries a doctor and a paramedic to emergencies, but the charity receives no Government funding and relies on donations.
Eggs will be raffled at The Old Barn, The White Lion, Moorend Spout, Sawyers Arms, Ring O’Bells, The Old Farmhouse, The Cutting Room, SP Hair Company, Michael’s Hair Design, Grove Sports Centre and Pets Corner in Nailsea.
In Backwell, eggs can be found at The Rising Sun and Backwell Garage, and in Long Ashton people can take part in the raffle at Gatcombe Farm Shop, The Angel and The Bird in Hand.
