SCORES of witches, ghosts and pumpkins flocked to the Royal Oak in Portishead for the children’s annual Halloween fancy dress party.

Apple bobbing, treasure hunts and ghostly statues were all games on the agenda.

Ella Walker, aged six, won the best costume in the school-aged children’s competition, while 16-month-old Finn Smith picked up a cup for the best dressed toddler.
